The organization is requesting for Expression of Interest (EOI) from all the eligible vendors to supply, install, and provide user training to a hospital in Bagmati Province of Nepal.

Firms, companies, and suppliers wishing to submit a tender must deposit NRs 5,000 into the

organization's designated bank account and attach the bank voucher within the date and time

mentioned in the notice and request the bid documents via the following email:

Last Date for Tender Submission: Tender proposals must be submitted by 12:00 Noon on the

15th day from the first publication date of this notice. If that day falls on a public holiday, the

deadline shall be the same time on the next working day after the organization opens. Sunday is workday for the organization.

The organization reserves the right to approve or reject any Proposal/EOI partially or cancel the entire RFP process. If any document, detail or work procedure is found to be faulty, the Proposal/EOI will be made invalid with or without notice.

Package A (Laboratory Equipment): Blood lead analyser, ABG analyser, Centrifuge, Bio sample Refrigerator, Haematology analyser, Biochemistry analyser, POC Strep testing, Microscope, Bilirubinometer, glucometer, Hemoglobinometer, Coagulometer.

Package B (Medical Equipment & Furniture): Port Vent, Bedside Monitor, Defibrillator, CPAP, HI Flow Machine, ECG, Portable Monitor, Spirometer, Pediatrics Bronchoscope, EEG, Incubator, Radiant warmer, Videoscope peds set, ICU bed, Gynae Bed, Crash cart, Echocardiography, Portable USG, Portable X-ray machine(100mA).

A vendor may choose to submit the tender for Package A or Package B or both.
